Experience
- Led platform strategy for BitGo’s Go Accounts ecosystem across trading, loans, tri-party settlement, off-exchange settlement, and staking, helping grow the platform from roughly $500M AUM to $7B+ AUM with around $500M in daily settlement volume.
- Drove the main adoption unlocks for institutional customers by improving transfer-in flows, enabling instant settlement, expanding trading pairs and token support, and helping scale coverage to 1,000+ assets across the U.S. and key international markets.
- Worked through hard platform-scale problems across BitGo’s global infrastructure, coordinating asset and wallet enablement across six regional branches with different custody, MPC, signing, and regulatory requirements.
- Built TaxBit’s Public Sector business from an early consulting-and-spreadsheets model into a real software offering, growing revenue from roughly $150K to $5M+ in 24 months and helping make it about 30% of company revenue.
- Led the vision and productization of DARTS, software licensed to the IRS for roughly $5M, which helped scale crypto tax audits from about 15 cases per year to roughly 150 in the U.S. alone.
- Built an auditable platform that brought together exchange, wallet, blockchain, DeFi, NFT, and off-chain data into one workflow, so revenue agents could work complex digital-asset cases without being crypto tax specialists.
- Modernized the HHS-OIG hotline, cutting case triage time 50% and spam 90%.
- Built a government-compliant CMS from scratch that now powers 9,000+ pages at oig.hhs.gov and lets non-technical teams publish without code.
- Managed PMs and engineers while owning portfolio planning, release management, customer-facing product strategy, and direct client relationships across public-sector SaaS work.
- Served as the de facto number two leader in a 7-person consultancy, owning product strategy, execution, customer relationships, and business development.
- Led modernization of the Department of Labor grants reporting workflow by launching the cloud-native platform that became WIPS and cutting data processing time from 12 hours to 5 minutes.
